Instructions: Plug In • Turn your device on, and connect it to your computer with a USB cable. • Or, if your device came with an ANT Stick, turn your device on, and plug the ANT Stick into your computer's USB port. Download & Install • Download Garmin Express and install it on your computer. Add Your Device • Open the Garmin Express application and follow the prompts to set up and register your device. Excel paste options. Once you copy it, here are three different ways to access paste special in Excel: Using the Ribbon: Go to Home –> Clipboard –> Paste –> Paste Special. This will open the Excel Paste Special Dialogue box. Using Keyboard Shortcut: Use the Excel Paste Special Shortcut – Alt + E + S + V. Solving problems when downloading updates in Garmin Express Internet connectivity and/or network connection issues can cause problems for Garmin Express. A high-speed Internet connection is required. Garmin Express is not intended to be used with mobile broadband (such as MiFi, AirCard, or cell phone tethering), satellite, fixed wireless, or dial-up Internet connections - Ensure that the computer meets the minimum system requirements (see the Garmin Express download page ) - Disable any VPN (Virtual Private Network) or proxy that is in use. If this is not possible, use a different computer and/or network connection - Disable any third-party firewall in use, or else add an exception for Garmin Express. Note that it is not necessary to disable the built-in firewalls in Windows or Mac OS X - Ensure that the Internet Service Provider (ISP) does not have any restrictions on the Internet connection that may prevent large downloads - If you are using WiFi, try disabling WiFi and connecting the computer directly to the modem using an Ethernet cable - Ensure that the computer's date, time, and time zone settings are correct To do this: Windows Vista and newer: 1. Press the Windows key 2. Type Date and Time 3. Click Settings (Windows 8 only) 4. Click Date and Time in the search results list 5. Click Change time zone. Ensure that the correct time zone is selected 7. Click Change date and time. If prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation 9.
